How to make Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients :

eight oz ground beef

eight oz ground pork

1 egg, scrambled

1/4 cup panko

1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp ground spices

pinch of nutmeg

salt and freshly black pepper, to taste

1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F . Heat oil barely in 9″ x 9″ baking dish or coat with spray.
In a huge bowl, integrate beef, pork, eggs, panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, and nutmeg;

Add salt and pepper to taste. Using a wood spoon or smooth hands, stir the combination properly. Roll the combination into 1/four – half of inch meatballs, forming approximately 18-20 meatballs.

Heat the olive oil in a huge saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches and prepare dinner dinner till browned on all sides, 2-three minutes. Transfering to a plate coat with paper towels; Sit apart.
