How to make Beef Soup & Pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound lean mince

1⁄2 Cup Ketchup

2 large tins of chopped tomatoes or cubes

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons onion powder

3 teaspoons garlic, chopped

7 1⁄4 cups of beef broth

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups dry pasta

Cheese for decorating, if you wish

Preparation:

In a large Dutch oven or stock pot, add the beef mince, garlic and onion powder
Cook until the beef is pink

Add stock, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian spices and ketchup
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Add dry pasta pasta and cook for an extra 15 minutes

Top with the favorite grated cheese, if desired
