How to make Butterscotch Lush

Ingredients

Crust:

1 ½ cups graham crackers

1 stick butter, melted

½ cup sugar

Cream Cheese Layer:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 cups heavy cream

¼ cup sugar

Pudding Layer:

2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix

2 ½ cups milk

Whipped Cream Layer:

1 cup heavy cream

3 tbsp confectioners sugar

Toppings are optional, but could include:

Butterscotch Ice Cream Topping

Shaved Chocolate or Chocolate Chips

Butterscotch chips or Peanut Butter Chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350*

Mix the graham crackers with the melted butter and sugar

Press the mix into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish

Bake for 15 minutes

Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and the sugar until fluffy

Add in 2 cups of heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form

Layer this over the cooled graham cracker crust

Beat the milk and the pudding mix. Add more milk if it is too thick to pour and smooth out

Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer

Beat the heavy cream and the powdered sugar until it forms soft peaks

Spread over the pudding layer

Chill for at least 4 hours or until it is set

You could drizzle warmed Butterscotch toping over the top and then sprinkle shaved chocolate over the entire top.
