How to make Ham And Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
Put this Ham And Cheese Hash Brown Casserole together with just 6 ingredients!! Among the ingredients are hash browns, ham, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, cream of potato soup, and sour cream. It just takes one bite for you to start raving about it to everyone! You may make this ahead of time and chill or freeze it for later use. A new household favorite!
Ingredients:
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked diced ham
1 (32-ounce) package of frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (16 ounces) container of sour cream
1½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (10.5 ounces) cans condensed cream of potato soup
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 375oF. Use cooking spray to lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Spread into a pan that has been lightly greased. Add some Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Notes:
Make this amazing casserole in advance and keep it in the fridge or freezer.
After defrosting, follow the aforementioned baking procedures as if the food had never been frozen.

Use gluten-free hash browns.
Look for condensed cream of potato soup that does not have any gluten ingredients. Or make your own.
