How to make Salmon Patties

– This simple & quik recipe is great for using leftover salmon or canned salmon, plus it makes a healthy dinner !! The best thing about this recipe is that you can add all the spices you like and yes ready in 20 mins !!

Ingredients:

– Salmon: 1 can, about 7 oz (drained and crumbled)

– Egg: 1 (beaten)

– Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

– Shallots: 2 (finely chopped)

– Cracker crumbs: 2 cups

– Lemon pepper, to taste

* Yields about 4 servings

Steps To Make It:

– To start off the recipe, adjust your oven’s temperature to 375°F (190C).

– Then you’re going to get a bowl and mix in the salmon, egg, olive oil, shallot, and 2/3 of the breadcrumbs then season with pepper. You should form 8 small patties with this mixture.

– Once the patties are formed, you need to sprinkle them with the remaining breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet (in a single layer).

– The last step is to bake until golden brown on both sides, turning the patties once, it takes around 10 minutes.
