How to make Skinny Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs Your Favorite
2 ½ tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cans 10.75 OzFat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
¾ cup Nonfat Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Package Chicken Tenders
10 oz Steamed Fresh Broccoli
1 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Colby Jack Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a light coat of nonstick baking spray on a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In a small bowl stir the soup, milk, and lemon juice Set aside. Add the diced chicken and broccoli in a large bowl.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to mix.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Work the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Toss shredded cheese over the top of the baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Lightly spray baking spray over the casserole. Position the uncovered baking dish in the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly or for 25-30 minutes.
