White Chicken Enchiladas

How to make White Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

8-10 tortilla flour (soft taco size).

2 cups cooked and grated chicken.

2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese.

3 tbsp butter.

3 tbsp flour.

2 cups of chicken broth.

1 cup of sour cream

1 (4 ounces) can green pepper cubes.

Instructions:

Mix the chicken with 1 cup of cheese then wrap in the tortilla and place in a 9 × 13 sprinkled pan (seam side down).

Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat then beat in the flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Add the stock and whisk until smooth.

Once the sauce has intensified, turn off the heat, add the sour cream and chilli and mix until all of it is mixed.

Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and cover with the remaining cheese.

In a preheated oven to 350 degrees, bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Easy, busy and delicious! Tortilla is full of chicken, cheese sauce… Honestly, guys, I fell in love with this recipe, you should definitely try it, it’s worth it.
