How to make Italian Chicken Soup In The Crockpot

Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 onion, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

1 red pepper, diced

3 carrots, sliced

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 Bay leaf

½ tsp fresh ground pepper

8 cups Chicken Broth

1 package, 16 ounces rotini pasta

1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into the crockpot,the chicken, broth, diced onion, carrot, pepper and the seasonings.

Save the pasta and the cheese for later

Cover and seal, cook for 8 to 10 hours on low

Cook 4 to 6 hours on high

Add the pasta and stir, (pasta should be uncooked still)

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until the pasta is tender.

Uncover and spoon into bowls.

Top with freshly shredded parmesan cheese and parsley
