How to make Papas Galeanas con Chile de árbol (Galean Potatoes with tree chili)

Ingredients:

1 kg cambray or galeana potatoes

2 peeled garlic cloves

½ cup lemon juice

8 dried chiles de arbol

1 tablespoon vegetable seasoning or chicken broth

1/4 cup olive oil or butter

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon each oregano and pepper

You can put some chicken broth on it

Instructions:

Previously we put the potatoes to boil but they are a little firm not so soft, we reserve.

And in a frying pan we toast the chilies a little only so that they do not darken so that they do not become bitter

Heat the butter in the pan until it melts

We put in the blender all the ingredients, including the melted butter (except the cooked potatoes)

And we return to the pan to cook
