How to make Marinated Cucumber Onion & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
2 Red onion
3 Lemon pressure
1 tbsp oil (olive oil or light avocado oil)
3 Tomatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp salt to taste
Methods :
Cut the onion in half, chop well and separate in a bowl
Sprinklng with c.a.s. Salt and allow to last for ten minutes
Cover the onion with lukewarm water and leave for another ten minutes
Rinse and juice onions
Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt, and wait until the onion turns pink or at least 30 minutes before serving.
Cut the tomatoes in half and cut well
Stir the onions with tomatoes, oil and coriander. Taste and add salt if necessary.
