Pep Dip

Ingredients

blocks (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

10 ounces of pepperoni, thinly sliced

⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained of excess liquid

1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning blend

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese

Place the softened cream cheese blocks into a large mixing bowl.

Beat with a hand mixer (or stir vigorously with a spoon) until smooth and free of lumps.

Step 2: Chop the Pepperoni and Peppers

Add the sliced pepperoni to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add the drained pepperoncini slices and pulse again until both are evenly minced into small, uniform pieces.

Step 3: Combine Everything

Transfer the pepperoni–pepper mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese.

Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

Spoon the dip into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve chilled with crackers, fresh vegetables, or slices of crusty bread.
