How to make Hawaiian Wedding Cake
This Simple, easy and yummy cake is the best for it’s amazing fruity flavors, yet cool and creamy lightness…Filled with the aromatic flavors of vanilla, pineapple, cinnamon, and nutmeg topped with crushed pineapple and a dreamy cream cheese and whipped cream topping. Ingredients:
For the Cake :
– White sugar: 1 cup
– Brown sugar: ½ cup
– Baking soda: 1 tsp
– All purpose flour: 2 cups
– Eggs: 2
– Crushed pineapple with juice: 1 (20 ounce) can
– Walnuts: 1 cup (finely chopped)
– Flaked coconut: ¾ cup
– Cinnamon: 1 tsp
– Nutmeg: ⅛ tsp
– Salt: 1 tsp
– Vanilla: 1 tsp
For the Frosting :
– Cream cheese: 1 (8 ounce) package
– White sugar: 1 cup
– Salt: ⅛ tsp
– Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
– Heavy whipping cream: 1 ½ cups
Instructions:
1. Start your oven to preheat 350° and grease a 9” round pan or 9×13 rectangular pan.
2. Then you’re going to get a bowl and mix in all of the dry ingredients together. Immediately mix the eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple with juice until well combined.
3. The batter should be poured in the pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
4. For the frosting, you’re going to get a small bowl and beat in the whipping cream until fluffy; put apart.
5. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
6. And please stir in the whipped cream and mix to combine.
7. Permit the cake cooled. After that, frost it and top with anything according to your liking (I prefer toasted coconut)
