How to make Shipwreck Style Dinner
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, lean
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 box macaroni and cheese,
14 ounces diced tomatoes, (you could use Rotel, tomatoes and green chiles)
1 cup frozen corn( can use leftover if you have it)
1 cup frozen peas(can use leftover if you have it)
1 cup milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
Instructions
In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef
Season with the seasoning salt
Once the ground beef is cooked, add the pasta and cheese mix from the package into the ground beef
Add in the tomatoes, milk, peas and corn
Bring the mixture to a boil
Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet
Simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the noodles are Al Dente
When the noodles are done, stir in half of the shredded cheese and let it melt
Top with the remaining shredded Cheese
Serve and enjoy!
