How to make Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients :

Tub of 1375 g (½ pound) cottage cheese or 375 ml (1 cup) unsalted cream cheese or plain Greek yogurt

60 ml of maple syrup

30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter

125 ml (½ c) graham crackers

180 ml fresh strawberries (1 bowl)

60ml of raspberry or strawberry spread without added sugar (jam type)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth and even. To saving time (and have fewer dishes to wash), you can adding syrup to the cheese bowl.

In another bowl, fold the butter into the breadcrumbs to form equal sized pearls.

Divided breadcrumbs to bowls or bowls without pressure.

Divided maple cheese to every bowl.

In bowl, mashed berries with fork.

Adding spread and mix well.

Spread the filling over the maple cheese. Keep in cool until serving.
