How to make Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients for 4 parts:
400g potatoes
50 g grated parmesan
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes well, then without peeling them, cut them into 6 lengthways. Put in a salad bowl and add the parmesan, garlic, oil, herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper also placing potatoes on it.
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes before serving them with ketchup and homemade sauce.
