Cabbage Roll Soup

How to make Cabbage roll soup

Ingredients:

– Cabbage: 4 cups (sliced)

– Carrots: 2 tablets (circled)

– Onions: 1 piece (large, chopped)

– Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

– Salt: half a teaspoon

– Vegetable broth: 4 cups (or chicken broth)

– Turmeric: half a teaspoon

– Hot pepper: half a teaspoon (ground hot pepper to taste)

– Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

Instructions:

1) In a saucepan over the fire, my heart contains onions with oil

2) Add cabbage and carrots, and mix well.

3) Add the broth, salt, pepper, turmeric and hot pepper and leave the saucepan over a medium heat until the vegetables are soft.

4) The amount of broth can be increased if needed.

5) Serve hot.
