French Toast

How to make French Toast

Ingredients:

°4 eggs

°2/3 cup full fat milk

°1/3 cup flour

°1/3 cup sugar

°1/2 teaspoon vanilla

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

°6 slices thick Texas toast

°3 tbsp butter

°Sugar Powder

°Butter

Instructions:

Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.

Heat a large frying pan or tray.

When the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp butter.

If you smoke butter, the pan is very hot; Lower the heat.

Dip each slice of bread into the mixture for 30 seconds on each side.

Let some mixture drip, then place in a frying pan.

Cook each slice 1 1/2-2 minutes for each side until each side is golden brown.

Add more butter, if necessary, to cook all the slices.

To serve, place on a plate, dust with sugar powder. Serve with butter and hot drink.
