In a bowl combine the vegetable oil, unsalted butter and sugar until they are well mixed.

Next crack the eggs. Add the vanilla extract. Beat the mixture until it becomes smooth.

Now it’s time to incorporate the ingredients and buttermilk. Take it slow as you stir and admire how everything comes together.

Here’s our little secret; Take 1/2 cup of the batter you’ve been working on and mix it with cinnamon and molasses in a bowl.

Prepare your loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Let’s start layering; Begin by spooning half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Then add half of the cinnamon molasses mixture on top. Repeat this process with the remaining batter and cinnamon molasses mixture.

Here’s how you can create an effect; Take a butter knife and gently swirl the batters together.

Next it’s time to bake! Place your loaf pan into the oven. Patiently let it bake for approximately 45 50 minutes.

Once its done baking allow your lovely bread to cool down in the loaf pan for, around 10 minutes. This will help it set perfectly.

Afterward melt some butter. Use a brush to coat the entire loaf. Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over making sure to cover every side, including the bottom!

Finally the best part has arrived. Dig in and savor every bite of your delicious Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bread! Enjoy!
