How to make Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake


1 ½ cups dry pasta, your choice, use some small shape

3 cups broccoli florets

1 pound chicken breast, cut into square bite size pieces

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

¾ to 1 cup chicken broth

4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly shredded

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded, and divided


Cook pasta according to package directions

Preheat the oven to 375* and lightly spray a baking dish

In a large bowl place the chicken pieces in, add in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper

Toss to coat all the chicken pieces

Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet

Place the chicken into the skillet and cook thoroughly, until no longer pink

Add in the chicken broth and bring this to a simmer

Add the cream cheese and stir until the cheese melts

Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese

Turn off the heat and gently stir in the pasta and the broccoli

Spoon all of this into a baking dish and place in oven to bake for 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheeses and return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving
