Crescent Pie Bites

How To Make Crescent Pie Bites

Ingredients

125 g (4 oz) soft cream cheese (half of a 250 g package)

45 ml (3 tbsp) chop dried cranberries

15 ml (1 tbsp) chop fresh chives

5 ml (1 tsp) jalapeño peppers, seeded / diced

1 box (8 units) Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Croissant

Instructions:

Preheat oven 190°C (375°F). Line 2 baking sheet with paper parchment.

In bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, chives and jalapeño peppers.

Unrolling dough on a work surface. Roll out to form a 30 x 20 cm (12 x 8 in) rectangle, then press perforations to seal. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut 6 rows and 4 columns to make 24 squares.

Place 5 ml (1 t) of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Bring the four corners together so they overlap a little in the center on top of each bite. Twist and pinch to seal corners, leaving small openings between seams. Placing bites on the cookie sheet.

Bake 11 to 13 min . Serving hot.
