Crock Pot Beef Roast

How to make Crock Pot Beef Roast

Ingredients :

2 – 2 1/2 lbs. Beef BBQ

1/4 c. Barbecue sauce

1/4 c. Ketchup

2 t. Light Brown Sugar

1/4 apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon. Dry Mustard

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon. Chili powder

Instructions:

Put the roast in the pottery bowl, cut in half if you use 4 qt. pottery bowl. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour over the roast.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours. Remove the barbecue and chop with two forks (just collapse), place on a serving plate and scoop some juice over it before serving.
