Ingredients / for six people
250g shortcrust pastry
6 white peaches
20g butter
ninety g powdered brown sugar
15 cl of milk
half vanilla pod
20g caster sugar
2 eggs
20g flour
15g butter
eighty g almonds
Instructions:
Custard :
Boil the milk with the vanilla pod break up in two.
Place the powdered sugar and the eggs in a bowl, then beat till the combination whitens and turns into frothy.
Then upload the flour, mix, then pour withinside the milk after removing the vanilla.
Pour into the saucepan and convey to a low heat, whisking continuously till the cream thickens and springs farfar from the sides.
