How to make Yummy Italian Cake

Ingredients

1 lemon juice

1 lemon zest

100g. almond powder

2 tablespoon(s) Maizena

100g. sugar

3 large eggs

250g. Ricotta

Methods :

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl and add the powdered sugar. Mix everything.

Add the Ricotta and the cornstarch, continue to mix briskly until you obtain a nice homogeneous paste.

Add the lemon zest and juice to flavor the mixture.

Sprinkle the top with almond powder or coconut powder.

Pour your preparation into a mold and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 45 minutes.
