Ingredients:
¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes
1 lb. Chicken tenderloins
1 tsp. Salt divided
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ C. White cooking wine
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 ½ C. White rice uncooked
½ C. Butter
3 C. Chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
½ C. Parmesan cheese shredded
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook the chicken in the heated skillet until completely cooked through. Remove, and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the chicken back to the skillet, and pour the reserved sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
